B各素材成分の効用
・システイン
システインは硫黄分を含むアミノ酸の1つで、この硫黄成分が水銀や鉛などの重金属の体外排泄を促してくれます。また、同時に細胞膜を通過することから、細胞内のエネルギー工場であるミトコンドリアに対する酸化物質(フリーラジカル)を除去するために有効なアミノ酸です。また、システインは肝臓の解毒能力を高める働きを持つグルタチオンというアミノ酸と深い関係にあるため、システインを多く含む食材を食べることで、マイルドではありますが重金属の排泄には効果があります。

・α-リポ酸
リポ酸は日本でも以前から医薬品のチオクタン酸またはチオクト酸として扱われてきましたが、2004年7月から食品としても扱えるようになりました。
ALAには硫黄の成分が含まれており、この作用によって体内、特に肝臓に蓄積した水銀や鉛などの有害重金属を体外への排泄を促してくれます。
ALAはビタミンB1とB6と一緒になることで細胞のミトコンドリアというエネルギーを作り出す工場に働きかけて、エネルギーの生産を高めてくれる作用もあります。

・セレノメチオニン
セレニウムとの化合成分であるメチオニンは含硫アミノ酸であり、FDA(米国医薬食品局)から水銀など重金属を排泄する作用効果を持つ安全な食品としてリストアップされた物質です。メチオニンはミネラルのセレニウムと結合し、セレノメチオニンの形をとり、毒素の中和作用を持つとともに、いわゆるキレーターとして水銀、鉛、カドミウムなどの有害重金属を捉え、尿や便から体外への排泄を促します。
セレノメチオニンは、水銀などの重金属の排泄を促すだけでなく、体内、特に脳神経細胞、中枢神経に蓄積するのを防ぐ作用を持ちます。
また、メチオニンはメチル化された副産物として有害なホモシステインの生産を抑制コントロールする働きも持ちます。

・ビタミンC
水銀が固着している細胞は水銀がフリーラジカルとなって細胞機能が低下します。ビタミンCは水銀によってダメージを受けた細胞の働きを向上させる作用を持ちます。
また、システインと一緒に摂取することで、システインが腎臓・胆のう結石の原因となるシスチン変化することを防ぐ作用を持ちます。

・MSM(メチルスルフォンメタン)
MSMも硫黄を含む成分で、水銀のキレート作用を持つ素材です。サルファ剤、亜硫酸塩、及び、硫酸塩はアレルギーを起こす原因になりますが、同じ硫黄属のMSMは有害ではなく、アレルギーの原因には成り難い物質です。

・ペクチン
ペクチンはゲル状繊維質で、物質の結合、濃縮、安定を機能として持つ素材成分です。
植物の細胞壁に含まれる複合多糖類で、分子量は50,000〜360,000で、特に植物の葉、茎、果実に含まれる。食品添加物としても使用されています。含硫素材であはありませんが水銀と結合する作用を持ち、便からの水銀排泄を促します。

・ビタミンB1
ビタミンB1(チアミン)は、補酵素機能を持ち炭水化物代謝には不可欠なビタミンです。補酵素とは、酵素の活性や働きを促進するために必要な物質で、「触媒分子」または「ヘルパー分子」と呼ばれ、体内で蛋白質を活性化させる何千もの工程に関わる物質です。多くのビタミン、ミネラルは体内でこの補酵素として働いていますが、神経伝達物質の伝導、そして、人間に有益な好気性菌の活性を高める役割を果たします。

・ビタミンB6
ビタミンB6には今回の処方成分のコアとなる水銀キレートのための含硫アミノ酸(システイン・メチオニン)の代謝を促進する作用があり、水銀の排泄を効率よく行うために重要な働きを担います。

・クロレラ
クロレラは古くからドイツなど欧州の炭鉱や鉱山で働く鉱夫がカドミウム、水銀などの有害重金属を体外に排泄促進させるために使用されてきたナチュラルキレーターです。
クロレラの細胞壁を構成するムコ多糖類は、イオン交換樹脂と同じように多量の有害毒性の高い重金属をスポンジのように吸収する作用があります。またクロレラは脳細胞以外の胃腸壁、筋肉組織、軟骨組織、骨、関節などに固着蓄積した水銀の遊離を促進します。

・シラントロ
シラントロは、日本では「パクチー」という呼称のほうが有名なハーブで、タイやベトナム料理には定番として使われるハーブでもあります。シラントロの成分は脳間膜を通過する性格があり、脳や脊髄に固着蓄積している水銀、アルミニウム、鉛およびスズを細胞から遊離させる作用があります。しかし、シラントロには水銀をキレートする作用は低いため単独でキレートの目的で使用しても効果は望めません。したがって含硫成分とのコンビネーションが重要となります。
